Junior Operations Engineer Revionics
Revionics has an immediate opening for a Junior Operations Engineer for its Optimization solutions. The successful candidate will be an experienced support engineer with a history of quickly identifying and solving problems. This person should have experience working with sophisticated technology solutions. Experience in the retail software industry is preferred. The Jr. Operations Engineer will work a split shift including weekends and holidays.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Junior Operations Engineer monitors and troubleshoots operational processes specifically relating to weekly customer processing. This position will also provide Level 1 customer support with the triage and escalation of support issues.
? Download files from various web sites and FTP servers
? Process data using defined procedures and internal tools
? Monitor Production Workflows and take corrective actions for errors
? Perform regular User Assurance Testing on data and application testing
? Regularly communicate with customers via phone and e-mail
? Customer phone support and case resolution
? Tracking/following-up on tasks/issues
? Problem analysis and resolution associated with production processes
? Must be knowledgeable in Data Analysis and Data Integration concepts
? Strong computer skills
? Microsoft Office and Excel experience
? Superior communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong attention to detail
? Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
? Bachelors degree required
? This position Requires Swing and/or Graveyard shifts
? This position requires Holiday work
