We are currently looking for a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who is looking to work on a highly skilled, technologically aggressive, fast-paced team. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and able to work independently on multiple tasks under minimal supervision. The individual should be able to focus on the entire software system under development and apply solid analytical and problem solving skills to develop creative and thorough tests.Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in testing commercial, enterprise software
BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Quality Assurance, Electrical & Computer Engineering or Mathematics
Using Windows based technologies (IIS, .NET, SQL Server)
Planning and executing functional, regression and system level tests
Strong skills in Software-based testing (including unit testing, automation, performance testing), using one or more of the following tools:
Test Management frameworks (TFS, QADirector)
load generation tools (Winrunner, LoadRunner, Jmeter)
UI Automation tools (Selenium, QTP)
Test environment configuration including Windows servers and application software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies:
Server virtualization
MS SQL Server
Scripting in Perl, Python, C#, JavaScript
ASP / ASP.NET / ASP.NET AJAX
Desirable:
Familiarity with Scrum / Agile development processes
Experience working for a software vendor
