As the Junior Sales Analyst, you coordinate various information services. You are the contact point for suppliers, and guarantee post-sale management and good contract enforcement. Your dutes may include:
? Preparing the logistics sheet and retrieve information from the sale of different departments (purchasing, sales production)
? Entering vendor details in ERP (Dynamics AX)
? Checking the purchase order form with the sales coordinator.
? Sending the purchase order to the vendor and execute each steps in the sales process walkthrough with the vendor.
? Monitoring on-time inventory shipment delivery from the vendors
? Analysis of the first report of receipt of the logistics for a possible residual purchase orders
? Ensuring receipt of the invoice, payment via AP dept, ensure the accuracy of the information bank details
? Analyzing the 2nd acceptance logistics report
? Issuing the credit memo requests to the supplier based on the gap between PO and Receipt.
? Re-contacting vendor to obtain credit memo.
? Rerouting of inventory (returns) promptly
? Receiving the listing of items returned by the members and organizing the return of inventory to the supplier, Issue the related credit memo request.
? In the case of contestation/clainms from the supplier, solving any disputes in accordance with the purchasing department
? Close the transaction by paying the balance
