Help drive the adoption and success of ObjectVideo?s commercial products in the market. Responsible for developing software components to integrate ObjectVideo?s products with third party software. Additionally, this person will work on additions and enhancements to all of ObjectVideo?s commercial software products which include embedded libraries, Web UIs and server based enterprise applications.Experience/Skills Required:
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience developing commercial software
Strong OO design concepts, with programming experience in C#/.NET
High familiarity with developing applications for Windows using Visual Studio
Experience with at least one popular configuration control system (Subversion, StarTeam, CVS, ClearCase, git, etc.)
A healthy obsession towards creating efficient designs and software components with very high quality
Highly motivated team player, with the ability to adapt quickly in an agile environment, and the drive to solve problems
C/C++ and HTML/JavaScript/CSS programming experience preferred
Experience with developing libraries/applications for Linux and RESTful web services desired
Experience with integrations using third party APIs and experience with video coding (H.264/MPEG4/MJPEG) and/or video streaming (RTSP/RTP) technologies also preferred.
