DescriptionAnvato, Inc. is looking for a Junior Software Engineer. You will work with the Anvato engineering team to develop front-end and back-end systems for our video analytics and syndication platform.

Required Skills

Experience working with JavaScript
AJAX and JQuery Experience
Rigorous understanding of Object Oriented Programming Skills
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and compatibility across browsers
A BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a top engineering school.
Desired Skills
API development experience (REST/ SOAP)
Model-View-Controller Pattern Web Programming Experience
Knowledge of Linux development environment and open source tools/platforms.
