Position SummaryWe are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator who meets the following criteria:
? 2+ Years Experience
? Able to take direction and deliver final results with little assistance
? Strong Knowledge of Windows, Mac and Lan Networking
? Strong Knowledge Ticketing Systems (Jira)
Responsibilities
? Respond to Break/Fix internal computing issues (Windows & Mac)
? Setup of new user systems (Windows & Mac)
? Seeing cases through resolution or escalating to next level of support
? Support various systems, including servers, networking equipment, peripherals, and phone systems. (Nortel experience definite plus)
? Maintain Service Desk and Ticketing systems (JIRA)
? Develop and document procedures to improve workflow.
? Monitoring of infrastructure
Requirements
? 2+ years systems administration experience
? 2+ years help desk roll
? Understanding of PC software, operating systems and networks
