If this sounds like you, then continue to read on!The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for a Kendo UI (HTML5 and JavaScript) Support Specialist to join our team in Waltham, MA. As a member of the team you will be the link between the customers and the various product teams at Telerik while addressing client's technical inquiries in the exciting new space of HTML5 development for websites and mobile devices. Relying on your technical background and past experience in client facing roles, your main duty will be to provide timely support to customers and members of the sales team through our online ticketing system, email, or over the phone.
The ideal candidate will be able to quickly solve problems that involve a broad range of technical skills with an emphasis in web development essentials (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and an in-depth knowledge of the Kendo UI products by Telerik.

? Provided rapid pre-purchase technical assistance and answers to clients and the sales team
? Created brief, focused, technical videos covering features and usage of Kendo UI tools
? Supported the Kendo UI sales process with technical product webinars
? Assisted the product teams with blog posts highlighting unique uses of Kendo UI tools in commercial and open source projects
? Worked on code projects that support internal needs, and help you become a master of Kendo UI tools and a solid HTML5 and JavaScript professional
? Acted as a liaison between clients and the product development teams, by providing client feedback and product requests to the development teams
? Researched competing products and produced insightful competitive information for the marketing team
You will be the person who has (a):
? A degree in Computer Science and/or Business Administration or related field
? Technical background in web related technologies
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Exceptional ability to learn new skills
? Down-to-earth, creative, driven and friendly personality
? Previous experience in a technical customer-oriented job will be considered highly advantageous
? Prior programming experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
? Knowledge of Microsoft .NET and/or PHP is a plus
? Previous experience developing apps for mobile devices (HTML5 or native) is also a plus
