Epana is seeking an experienced Key Account Development Manager to manage all Distributor and Chain Store accounts by controlling the distribution, merchandising and accounting of pre-paid long distance calling card product sales and ensuring channel target objectives are met. Responsible for growth of sales and profit with assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper management of assigned Chain, Key and Prestige accounts.
- Execute and manage quarterly revenue and gross margin plan per Distributor by managing day-to-day relationship with the Distributor.
- Develop and execute retail merchandising standards that includes brand distribution, position and execution requirements.
- Create and execute Partnership contracts for Distributors.
- Work cross functionally with Field Promotions Manager (FPM) to establish appropriate support on marketing promotional programs.
- Identify new business opportunities by providing distributor leads for stores that require service.
- Train Distributor Sales Representatives to ensure proper understanding of our new products and roll out plans.
- Responsible for accounts for all pre-paid long distance (PPLD) products delivered to distributor locations and has responsibilities for inventory management and strategic new brand launches.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a DSD sales environment, preferably in Marketing or Management capacities.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals.
- Strong work ethic with a dominant personality; not easily manipulated.
- Displays exceptional personal and business ethics and moral character.
- Computer proficiency (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Highly organized.
- Enjoy working under the intensity of a sales environment and thrive on managing multiple tasks at once.
- Spanish fluency a plus.
- Valid drivers license and car insurance.
