Position Summary
RedBrick Health is actively seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to play a prominent role in successfully building relationships with health plans and health insurance brokers nationwide.
The Key Account Manager will help support new client initiatives including the recruitment and on boarding of new clients and work closely with those clients to ensure they are optimizing RedBrick Health's services. The Key Account Manager will manage implementation plans, set program expectations, and drive attainment of client goals on behalf of RedBrick Health.

Essential Job Functions
Work directly with the Vice President, Business Development and other stakeholders to build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers on assigned accounts
Manage multiple large client relationships with a focus on quality of relationships, retention and growth
Develop an account management plan and gain client buy-in
Present to executive levels of targeted organizations including; leading negotiations, coordinating a complex decision-making process, overcoming objections to closure, conducting product training, presenting recommendations for changes, program kick off leadership, and delivering quarterly client program / ROI results
Provide web demonstrations and detailed product / program benefits to clients - both in-person, and via web meeting technology
Proactively work with each client to support sales programs, marketing initiatives and achievement of sales objectives
Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the client?s senior management to understand their changing needs
Develop corrective action plans and manage accordingly in the event clients' performance falls below expectations
Act as voice of health plan and broker market and catalyst for client needs to product development and internal constituents. Proactively identify opportunities for development and champion them through the ideation stage. Work with all departments to improve processes for the administration of clients
Work with Professional Services Organization on coordination and delivery of services to clients
Perform basic analytical review of clients data metrics to create action plans to maximize client's return on investment
Provide ongoing service and support to client staff; c-suite executives, finance, and those supporting health & wellness initiatives
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and alternative offerings
Maintain a strong knowledge of health promotion, health plan and technology initiatives and report findings to RedBrick Health management in a timely and consistent manner
Potential opportunity to grow and manage additional Key Account staff
Essential Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university required; MBA preferred
Ten years of account management experience in healthcare or service related industry, with a focus on healthcare IT and / or SaaS models
Five years of experience working in the health plan / broker industry
Strong knowledge of how health plans and insurance brokers are structured
Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and developing high quality client relationships with c-suite and staff at all levels in health plan and / or broker organizations
Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
Ability to manage specific high visibility, strategic accounts
Exceptional relationship building skills
Ability to set realistic goals, manage expectations and prioritize needs of competing internal interests
Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills
Web skills, and comfort with presenting using web technology
Self driven, motivated and results oriented - in an unstructured and evolving organization
Ability to travel a minimum of 30%
