Key Account Manager Rover
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Key Account Manager for Rover.com will create products and processes to service key customer accounts while managing a team of customer experience representatives.
Excellent candidates will have the capacity to manage all aspects of a key sitter?s experience, including: recruiting, account management, and customer service. You?ll design and influence products and initiatives in a fast-moving, creative environment. You?ll have the ability to directly impact the customer experience as well as manage revenue streams for the company.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in sales or recruiting
Demonstrate an ability to manage products and project teams
Demonstrate comfort with ambiguity as well as the ability to set goals and measure progress against those goals
Have experience building and maintaining customer relationships with important clients
Demonstrate an ability to manage others
Show initiative to anticipate customer needs and solve customer problems
