Knowledge Editor Federated Media Publishing

As a Knowledge Editor you will be a member of the Product department and a key contributor to the universal knowledge and data that drive FM's semantic technologies and related products including Conversation Targeting. In addition, this position works with a variety of custom tools and systems to initiate, curate and refine content and meta-data for use internally or by FM's communities of authors and marketers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, related to Information Science or the Human Sciences
- Proven ability in either knowledge representation or first-order logic
- Mastery of English-language grammar and spelling
- Demonstrable proficiency with Perl-compatible regular expressions
- Adept at manipulating data (string and numeric) with Excel or similar
- Working knowledge of HTML, XML and CSS
- Must have permission to work in the US


Pluses:

- Familiarity with scripting in Perl, Python, bash or JavaScript
- Proficiency in a Linux/Unix command-line environment.
