KOREAN COMMERCE PLATFORM TESTER Trion Worlds

Trion Worlds is seeking a Native Korean speaking Commerce Platform tester to focus on ensuring high quality for our Platform environments as well as ensuring stability and reliability within the Client/Server group by recognizing, replicating and documenting features within the software development process. This role will require travel to Korea to collaborate with our business partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in development requested testing of the game platform
Supports platform QA specific testing processes and localization functionalities
Review/edit Korean text, audio files and other localized assets for accuracy and quality
Responsible for documenting new features and fixes
Performs testing for Customer Service Account Tools
Assists in testing of the billing system
Testing of the Patch Client
Finds an reports issues/bugs/inconsistencies
Clarifies issues (providing detailed information if necessary)
Assist Developers in any testing requests or feature checks necessary
Communicates with Developers about questions or concerns from QA group
Documents Systems and Features for new ecommerce platform work
Creates and documents demos for new ecommerce platform work
Assist ecommerce platform customers with information and assistance when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Native Korean speaker and fluent in English (spoken/written)
Minimum of 1 year software testing, preferably web based ecommerce solutions or websites.
Experience developing testing plans, data validation, case execution, progress tracking, methodologies and processes
Understanding of western and Korean online game markets, and experience in the development of products that are successful in both
Experience with bug tracking systems, (i.e. Jira, Perforce)
Demonstrated experience in testing of web-based applications, systems and services
Experience with website analytics, ecommerce strategies/metrics
MS Office skills and Organizational methodologies
Application testing on the Windows Platform ? Client/Server, XML, Brower and/or back end applications or systems
Must be able to work in a team environment
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware/software
Familiarity with SCRUM methodologies.
Travel in the US, including overseas, is required
