JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary of Functions:
The Kronos Analyst will provide the full range of application support, administration and implementation expertise for New Breeds enterprise Workforce Management application Kronos.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the overall administration of Kronos Workforce Central System Application
Provide technical expertise to the Human Resource and Financial Teams on the Kronos application
Accountable for the overall accuracy of configuration of the Kronos Application, including Schedules, Activities, Accruals and Pay Codes
Work closely with Company personnel in their reporting needs and provide technical expertise
Work closely with business analysts/development staff to define and resolve application issues
Experience creating and customizing data analysis tools such as Kronos Workforce Genies
Experience configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting pay rule functionality in Kronos timekeeper
Experience using Oracle / SQL tools to analyze, troubleshoot data related issues
Install, configure, debug, analytically troubleshoot the system and determine process improvements.
Requirements gathering, business analysis, system configuration, design, testing, and support.
Understanding pay policy configurations to include: Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, etc.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
BS/BA degree required
Excellent 3 - 5 years experience of Kronos WorkForce Central
Excellent experience with WIM
Good experience with reporting
Experience with interface writing/review/revision/deployment
Strong verbal and written skills with internal and external constituents
Proven and effective organizational and time management skills
Any experience in Lawson, LBI, Crystal Reports and database query tools are a plus
