Cleveland HeartLab, Inc. is a rapidly growing specialty clinical laboratory and disease management company focused on biomarker technologies. We are located in the Midtown Corridor and are
searching for a Laboratory Systems Analyst in our IT department.
The primary responsibilities of the Laboratory Systems Analyst will be the setup and maintenance of
laboratory tests including custom profiles in the Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and assist in
maintaining, supporting and maximizing the functionality of existing systems and applications. They
will conduct testing to validate functionality in test setup and remote reporting files before changes
are put into use; identify and resolve system applications, or other relevant client or patient concerns;
and provide support of the software by resolving client, client services, marketing, or lab personnel
questions and concerns. They will provide training and support to end-users and assist in the
creation of application modifications and enhancements.
The successful candidate will have a BA or BS degree in Science, Computer Science or IT
concentration with Lab Systems Development or Administration plus one or more years of related
experience. Computer systems knowledge primarily in the area of healthcare and/or laboratory
environment required. Candidates should have the ability to interact within all levels of the
organization and maintain deadlines.
