Specific Media UI team is looking for a LAMP developer to develop and maintain applications in PHP, JavaScript, SQL,
CSS and HTML. Candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter who can work in a team or independently, able to
manage his/her task list and complete tasks on time, able to clearly and timely communicate and manage expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Develop and maintain dynamic, high traffic web applications and high performance internal products.
? Estimate work, plan implementation, develop quality code on time, and compile technical documentation.
? Provide support to users with technical problems.
? Keep abreast with the latest technologies and apply them.
RequirementsEducation and/or Experience:
? Fundamental knowledge of OOP, MVC framework
? JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS experience
? Object Oriented development with PHP 5
? Relational Database design, normalization, SQL query optimization and database access practices
? Good problem solver
? Development tools: SVN, bug tracking (JIRA preferred)
Knowledge of the following areas is a big plus:
? Shell Programming
? Build Automation testing, unit testing and test driven development
? Solid understanding of security issues
? Experience with ad network related domain is a plus
EDUCATION:
? B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or other related fields preferred.
