This is a key position in the EMEA team.
The position requires a strong sales leader who is looking for the opportunity to play an important role on the European Visual Communication Market.
Make Vidyo one of the top market players on the DACH Visual Communication Enterprise & Government market. 2013 will be a hugely important year for Vidyo. The Company has to establish itself as one of the top players in all key geographies worldwide; DACH is one of the most essential.
Manage, Lead and grow Vidyo Large Enterprise & Government sales in the DACH region.
A key objective is to boost Vidyo presence and penetration in large end users accounts: Large Enterprises, Large Government Sales
Every quarter, develop with management, a sales plan for the territory, and achieve it.
Meet revenue targets assigned to the territory.
Report very regularly and very accurately the sales forecast for the territory using the company tools.
Directly approach and conquer key large Enterprise accounts, and large Government accounts.
Identify and focus on the most lucrative Enterprise market segments, sign reference (flagship) customers in each of these segments, establish target lists for each segment.
Decide which segments should be fully delegated to channel partners and which one should be directly managed by Vidyo and then fulfilled by the most relevant channel partners.
Find the right decision makers, generate internal momentum and find the right strategy to accelerate sales cycle and drive business to closure.
Large Project Management
Delegate efficiently to support, R&D, channel and legal teams.
Set accurate & aggressive expectations in terms of timing and volume.
Make sure all angles are covered and manage the overall consistency and quality of the proposal.
Be a very experienced and strong sales Leader, with a very successful track record in managing growing sales teams and getting them to achieve tremendous results.
Be an exceptional Sales individual, ready to directly manage key end-user opportunities and win them against larger competitors.
Have a deep and detailed knowledge of the DACH Enterprise IT market, both in terms of End Users, key partners and key influencers.
Have a solid track record in selling Enterprise IT solutions (IP communications, VoIP, Visual collaboration, Security, Enterprise Applications) via a network of Partners (Distributors, Resellers, System integrators, Service Providers). Use to practice ?sell direct ? fulfill indirect?.
Have mature interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels within channel partners and end-users.
Have a very strong tactical Business sense.
Have a successful experience in working in a start-up, fast growing environment.
Be a true team player with direct reports and colleagues, enjoying the idea of winning ?as a team?.
Be an expert in selling very innovative solutions. The candidate will be able to easily articulate new models and approaches allowed by a ground breaking solution. The candidate will be an expert in finding the sales angles to favor with each customer, in order to translate product innovation into measurable business value for the end user.
Be creative, committed, enthusiastic, and able to evangelize, inspire and maximize mind share.
