A Senior Account Services Manager goal is to combine data analysis and client feedback to optimize complex CPM, CPC and Cost Per Install campaigns to meet client objectives, and Jumptap?s revenue goals. Primary responsibilities include managing direct reports, reviewing & analyzing data to meet our client?s customer acquisition goals and to identify up-sell opportunities. Strong customer service skills, proficiency with Excel, excellent presentation skills and the ability to grow revenue from a base of existing customers are essential skills for the position.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage direct reports, helping to mentor, direct and set direction
Up-sell/cross-sell existing customers into Jumptap mobile marketing solutions
Contact past and existing clients who may need assistance in order to grow their business
Manage a full book of top tiered business from launch through renewal
Leverage strong analytical skills and client feedback to ensure campaigns meet stated marketing goals
Educate and train advertisers on how to leverage Jumptap?s self-service network
Formulate, create and present quarterly business reviews
Work with other internal Jumptap teams to identify and ensure client delivery expectations exceeded
Required Skills and Experience:
5 years of Account Management or other related experience
6+ years of online or mobile advertising experience in SEO/SEM, DSP, SSP or exchange experience is preferred
2 years of management experience
Self-starter, results driven individual with great attention to detail
Innovative problem solver in a changing environment and the ability to multi-task
BS/BA or equivalent is desired
Familiarity with online media concepts
Strong business acumen and professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
