Job Description/Responsibilities
This position
will be responsible for the design of Large Aftertreatment DEF(Diesel Exhaust
Fluid) systems components - pump, injector, and dosing cabinet designs for engine
platforms. As a lead designer role, will
be giving direction to a team of design engineers to develop Pro-E designs, and
release prints into the engineering system.
Requires collaboration with other direct teams as well as component suppliers. Participate in team meetings to present the
designs for review and to report progress toward meeting the design and release
objectives. Participate and potentially
lead APQP resolution as required.
Participate in project planning, control meetings, and provide weekly
updates to project plans in which you are responsible for.
Minimum
Qualifications:
7 years of directing a team of design engineers
Experience and knowledge of Diesel Exhaust Fluid systems or similar fuel systems
components
Several years of engine design experience with APQP process
Minimum Education: BSME
Required Software: Pro - E, MS Office Suite (MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel)
Min Years Industry Experience: 5 Years
