Reval Client Support Team is a global award winning team that provides all support for Reval?s clients. Support includes but is not limited to answering client functional inquiries, valuation, hedge accounting and treasury analysis of issues, client training, client administration, and reviewing client workflows and providing best practice suggestions. The Support Team also works closely with our Product Management Team in analyzing issues and enhancements.
About the Lead Analyst Position
Reval is looking for a candidate who can provide subject matter expertise and support to our all our clients for high level, highly complex cases covering various areas of the Reval application, including, but not limited to, treasury, derivative products and valuations, risk management,hedge accounting (FAS133/IAS39/FAS157) and other standard accounting practices. Primary focus for this position is around treasury management such as cash management, bank account management and liquidity analysis. As a lead, this position would also be responsible for mentoring more junior staff member and conducting client and internal training presentations.
Subject Matter Expertise
Subject matter expert around treasury functions with a focus on cash management.
Treasury systems experience a must.
Having knowledge of the Reval product a plus.
Must possess a service-oriented attitude and be a self-starter
Skilled at asking key questions that get to the root of complex issues reported by clients and providing clear and concise resolutions in a timely manner that meet client expectations.
Understand the clients usage of the Reval application, and identify alternative work-around solutions to system issues
Communicate clear and concise explanations to client issues in writing and/or verbally. Excellent communication skills a must.
Offer and provide webex training sessions/conference calls to ensure that resolutions are clearly communicated and understood by the client before closing the client?s case
Provide on-site client training on an as needed basis which will include working closely with the Account Manager on gathering the training requirements, creating the training agenda and delivering the training as per the agenda defined.
Be able to meet tight deadlines in a quick and efficient manner.
Build trust by communicating effectively with clients the status of cases, change requests and reported system issues, developing and presenting convincing recommendations that address key client objectives, setting appropriate expectations with client and managing them throughout the case life cycle
Consistently present and conduct a professional demeanor and approach in all client related communications
Bachelor?s degree in business finance or accounting required.
Minimum 5 years working experience with treasury and financial products in a support, development, or consulting environment.
Minimum of 5 years combined experience with treasury functions.
Previous client management experience a plus.
The desire to work in an intense and fast paced environment with a talented team
Strong client support skills with demonstrated ability effectively dealing with escalated client concerns.
Technology Skills Requirements: (If necessary)
Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Salesforce experience a plus.
