Lead Application Developer Xtium
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Lead Software Developer is responsible for developing integrated cloud based application solutions and products that culminate with providing innovative solutions to real market problems. You will work closely with product managers, user interaction designers, and software architects to develop and improve product offerings, define/implement technology roadmaps, and re-architect/refactor our existing product lines. This position will be located in King of Prussia, PA.
Responsible for the full lifecycle of an Agile software development process
Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis
Software modeling and simulation
Software testing and quality assurance
Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation.
Support, maintain and document software functionality
Integrate software with existing systems
Project Planning and Project Management
Maintain standards for compliance
Implement localization or globalization of software
Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field, and at least 5 years of related experience is required. MS in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
Working knowledge of a significant subset of technologies including: Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat), Java, Perl, Python, Rest/Json, Spring, RestExpress, Node.js, Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, DataFabric, Cheetah, Memcached, and Redis.
Excellent programming skills including design, code reviews, implementation, testing, and debugging.
In-depth understanding and experience with cloud technologies, web applications, databases, network, servers, server virtualization, storage, and web services architectures.
Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures is strongly preferred.
