Job Summary

In order to become the best in the ESM&R space, M3 Product Development are actively recruiting a Lead Business Analysts to strengthen our industry development team. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining our industry solution within Enterprise Resource Planning software (Infor M3), for Equipment Service Management & Rental.

A Lead Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing design specifications for enhancements and new products or modules. The Lead Business Systems Analyst serves as the conduit between the customer community, and Infor internal stakeholders and is involved at some level throughout the entire product development life cycle.

In your role as Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will

• be responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing design specifications based on high level system requirements,
• provide industry knowledge as well as product knowledge in our area of expertise,
• perform development work according to set processes

You will work in an international environment with colleagues and customers from many of our supported countries and you will have contact with all different parts of our organization.

Your work involves teamwork, handling lot of different tasks at the same time, as well as taking decisions on your own.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications

• Strong business systems analysis knowledge of enterprise software, experience from the ESM&R industry is beneficial
• Experience in mobile application is beneficial
• Knowledge of product management concepts and how enterprise software products are positioned and developed
• Analytical Thinking
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
• Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff, peers, internal/external clients and prospective clients
• Self-motivation and discipline, ability to multi-task.
• Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources.
