Lead, Category Expert Writer (CEW) Operations Announce Media

This is a critical operational role for a new Answers product initiative, which features category expert writers (CEWs) and articles they've written about their respective areas of expertise. This person will be expected to successfully lead the end-to-end lifecycle of recruiting, qualifying, on-boarding, training, and support of hundreds of CEWs.
The Lead of CEW Operations has the following responsibilities:
? Lead a team of talented CEW Operations members that manage specific components of the CEW lifecycle.
? Ensure that the CEW recruiting process is effective, efficient, and consistent with the goals of the product.
? Oversee the CEW candidate selection process, which includes screening, qualification scoring, offer generation, and onboarding.
? Create a highly effective CEW support organization that provides ongoing support for all CEWs on issues including but not limited to billing, areas of content billing, roles and responsibilities,
? CEW tools, and workflow processes.
? 5+ years managing customer-facing teams of 3 or more members, ideally in the online publishing industry.
? Passionate about delivering high quality, editorial content experiences to consumers.
? Excellent people and communication skills through email, chat, and in person.
? Comfort in working in a fast-paced, high performance work environment.
? Strong orientation around being responsive to customer needs in a timely manner.
? College degree preferred.
