THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Culinary Ambassador Lead will help to create an exceptional department within our innovative Hospitality company. This position will spearhead meal services, interactions, and communication with employees and guests. They will ensure that our dining room is fully stocked, clean, safe, and easy-to-use while providing exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced job in an expanding, creative, and dynamic office environment with lots of fun and room to grow.

Help create internal Hospitality standards for our Culinary Department.
Facilitate event logistics, communications, and implementation.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events.
Replenish/stock beverages, fruit, coffee, condiments, cereals, snacks, fresh orange juice, etc.
Breakdown, clean, and restock kitchens. Clean tables and organize dining room.
Setup, service, and breakdown of dinner buffet and signage. Store and label leftovers.
Help guests, answer questions, and fulfill customer requests.
Exceptional teamwork, communication skill, and sense of personal accountability are all required to be successful in this role.
Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years in a dining room and/or FOH role. Relevant experience will be considered.
Well-organized, thorough, detail-oriented, and communicative.
Commitment to high quality service, food, and beverage standards.
Excellent attendance and punctuality is required with schedule flexibility determined by business needs.
Basic understanding of professional customer service and the hospitality industry.
Enthusiastic to host all types of people.
Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
This position will spend 80% of the time standing, 20% at a desk and in meetings.
Behaves professionally and can be flexible in a changing environment.
Must be able to transport 50-70 pounds on occasion.
The schedule will be 8:00am-4:30pm
