THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Lead Development Associate is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the Account Executive and Business Development Representative teams. This position requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable speaking in a warm and professional tone with prospective clients, and prepared to support a highly driven sales team. Through telephone relationship building and marketing follow up activities, leads are developed into prospects.
The Lead Development Associate will work with Marketing and Sales Managers to develop and execute innovative call back strategies designed to further develop prospect interest, provide courtesy follow up, and begin the sales lead qualification process. A successful LeadDevelopment Associate will be able to communicate effectively with Vice President and C level executives. Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule introductory calls for Account Executives
Make a minimum of 25 calls per day accompanied by follow-up emails
Profile targeted accounts for Account Executives by researching companies and contacts on the Internet and via social media
Live and promote PeopleMatter values, brandand mission
All other duties as assigned
College degree or equivalent experience
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent writing & verbal communicationskills
Highly organized and strong time management skills
Ability to work with and support a motivated, highly driven sales team
