Lead Development Representative SciQuest

We?re seeking a Lead Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team and help increase lead volume. In this role you?ll be responsible for calling leads to both introduce and re-engage organizations with the SciQuest brand and our suite of enterprise software solutions. You?ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maintain lead quality and help shape strategies for lead generation, qualification, and improvement of the lead management process. You?ll be expected to maintain a high activity level with a quality call volume
Conduct outbound calls to introduce and re-engage brands with SciQuest and our suite of solutions to qualify these leads for our sales team.
Work closely with our Prospect Relationship Specialist to consistently increase the number of qualified leads.
Schedule meetings between members of the sales team and qualified leads.
Collaborate with members of the sales team to consistently maintain lead quality.
Update detailed information within Salesforce for leads.
Work with the marketing team to provide feedback and improve the lead management process.
2+ years of experience in outbound sales preferred.
Must have excellent communication and telesales skills.
Goal-oriented, team player, who is self-confident.
Strong attention to detail required.
Must have experience researching the Internet and other tools, along with strong MS office skills.
Excellent interpersonal, account management, and organizational skills are also necessary.
Must be able to handle cold calls in a professional manner.
Ability to work as a team with the field sales organization.
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience selling mid-market and/or enterprise software.
