You?re a talented lead game developer who has taken a product from concept to market. You understand all game development areas (graphics, sound, networking, etc) and can task and direct game developers reporting to you. You are looking for a successful company focused on pushing the envelope and dedicated to defining next generation games for mobile.The Lead Game Developer is responsible for taking a game from design document to finished product. The Lead must also be able to manage development and assign tasks to other game developers as needed.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a lead developer taking a game from concept to finished product.
Ability to do all programming necessary on any part of a game.
Ability to work with producers and architects to prioritize, estimate, and triage tasks.
Ability to direct, coordinate, and communicate with game developers assigned to the title.
Have a fundamental understanding of game development techniques in C/C++.
Have a fundamental understanding of 2D and 3D graphics.
Experience with one or more game engines (even your own).
Experience with iOS or Android development is a huge plus.
A desire to have an impact as part of a small growing company with a passion for gaming.
