Description:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Lead Gen Manager role requires strong analytical, organizational and lead gen skills as well as the ability to interface effectively multiple teams including sales, creative services, digital and paid media teams.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop a lead gen strategy that supports the sales and marketing target markets
Determine the most cost effective method of reaching target purchasers
Drive inbound and outbound lead programs inclusive of lead
Analyze, qualify and report on captured leads including most effective lead channels
Responsibility for development and maintaining reporting tools, such as a lead funnel, lead sources and activity reports
Interface with sales to establish effective lead qualification to assist the conversion process and establish a lead scoring system
Set-up, manage and report on marketing campaigns; establish a framework for segmenting customers and tracking performance of different campaigns
Work with digital, creative and paid media teams to implement campaigns and lead gen efforts
Use CRM systems to manage and organize high volume of leads and information associated w/ lead gen
Set up and maintain landing pages and optimize site for inbound lead generation
Requirements:
Strong technical skills including understanding HTML and CSS
Strong web analytic skills including collecting, formatting, interpreting and presenting data
Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems including SalesForce is a must
Landing page optimization, A/B testing, PPC, email and lead acquisition and lead nurturing best practices
Experience in digital and offline sales teams
Must be a self-starter and have great attention to detail
Passionate about social media
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to become the subject matter expert in new technologies quickly
Dependable, well grounded and flexible when it comes to solving challenges
Ability to work well with other team members, communicate effectively and multi-task
Proficient in the iWork (Keynote, Pages, Numbers) and Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) Suites
3-5 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record
