Generates opportunities and sets appointments for the Services Sales Team, employing prospecting skills that includes telephone, email, and social media.
The appointment setter will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new opportunities for the Services Sales Team. This is an entry level position with opportunities to grow into a Sales position. The primary goal is to create opportunities and set appointments for the sales team by engaging and informing prospects about the benefits of Volusion services.
Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day (leads are provided for you, all calls are made to current Volusion customers)
Creating new opportunities and setting appointments for the Services Sales Representatives
Managing interactions and tracking progress using SalesForce CRM
Achieving daily and/or weekly metrics of phone calls, emails, and appointments scheduled with qualified leads
Exceed monthly sales targets
Minimum of 1 years work experience in a sales or lead generation role
Understanding of Salesforce.com or another CRM system
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
Self-starter who exhibits attention to detail and expert organization skills
Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Highly proficient computer skills (email, MS Word, Excel)
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
Work is performed in a fun, high energy, casual office environment.
