What you?ll do: As a first-rate Lead Gen Campaign Manager you?ll own the execution of all our lead gen programs, and be perfectly at easy working across departments. You?ll work closely with other members of the team to manage the stream of leads which are generated and develop better systems to ensure lead gen campaign management is humming along like a well-oiled machine. You?ll also launch our lead gen business into the stratosphere as well as grow it and scale it 60% over the coming year. Oh, and you?ll have a blast every step of the way!
Responsibilities: What will I do?
Receive and review about 20 lead files per day
Implement basic (but killer) levels of promotion to generate leads
Develop relationships with a broad range of lead providers
Negotiate rates like a pro
Manage campaign quality
Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?
Degree required: General marketing/advertising degree
1-2 years? previous experience in lead gen campaign management
Demonstrated experience at handling 70-80 different campaigns simultaneously
Ability to analyze data to generate business outcomes
Proficient in Excel
