Lead Generation Manager Onit

Summary:
Onit is seeking a lead generation manager to drive demand creation strategies and programs to continue the acceleration of our dramatic growth. This person will oversee demand generation strategy and execution and be accountable for the B2B lead generation results for Onit.
The Role:
In this role, you will lead our demand generation strategy, establish marketing metrics and reporting that leverages Salesforce.com, Constant Contacts and Hubspot to support our inside and outsides sales team. You will work closely with sales to ensure proper alignment of goals and delivery of marketing qualified leads to fuel our rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities:
--Design lead-generation and lead-nurturing strategies, programs, and metrics to support Onit's revenue goals.
--Leverage and manage Salesforce, Constant Contacts, Hubspot, to measure, track and analyze marketing programs and performance.
--Leverage appropriate resources (internal and external) to accomplish tactical tasks associated with customized landing pages, e-mail campaigns, webinars, etc.
--Develop, test and refine components of our marketing mix (lists, e-mail templates, landing pages, offers, advertising etc.) and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
--Manage our portfolio of demand generation programs, including integrated campaign management, database and email marketing, lead nurturing, search and paid marketing/online marketing, etc.
--Communicate with marketing, senior leadership, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead performance results, current initiatives, and course corrections being taken.
--Test campaigns, landing pages, lists etc. to continually identify ways to improve conversion rates.
--Develop a detailed strategy for generating and nurturing leads at all stages of the sales funnel.
--Oversees entire campaign cycle, including content creation and analysis of subscription, delivery and open rates
--Manages the creation and segmentation of contact lists, and presents proposals for new campaigns with the following tools (Jigsaw, ZoomInfo, Hoovers).
Requirements:
--BA/BS in related area required
--Minimum 5 - 7 years of marketing experience
--Minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand Generation for B2B software or technology company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
--Deep experience with SalesForce.com and marketing automation tools to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
--Experience in running a portfolio of quality lead generation and marketing programs with particular emphasis in online marketing programs. Experience should include: email and database marketing, online lead generation, search marketing, etc.
--Strong analytical and quantitative skills must have both an interest and skill in analyzing and making meaning out of data and translating that in to actionable changes.
--Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.
