General Description:
The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing and tracking lead generation programs company-wide. The individual will report to the VP of Marketing and interact with the Peak 10 executive team, which includes the local Vice-President/General Managers in ten geographic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
?Drive a comprehensive lead generation strategy which includes plans for targeting prospects and existing customers, as well as segmenting business decision makers and IT professionals at the national level and in our ten geographic locations
?Create a lead generation plan for penetrating top accounts in key vertical industries, such as healthcare, technology, financial services and manufacturing
?Lead generation programs should leverage a variety of tools including case studies, white papers, email campaigns, roundtables and other special events
?Drive business partner joint marketing campaigns
?Serve as an active member of the marketing team and attend appropriate company sales events and training programs
?Engage with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales strategies and business goals
?Engage with product and marketing teams to align GTM strategies and contribute to a comprehensive marketing mix
?Analyze pipeline and closed revenue to identify the key lead generation vehicles for driving incremental revenue
?Established ROI by program to drive investment decisions
?Streamline lead management and CRM systems to ensure a tight measurement between marketing programs, pipeline and closed revenue
?Engage the web services team to ensure that all website and incoming email leads are tracked in the lead management system
Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills:
?At least 6+ years experience in technology marketing
?End-to-end marketing program process execution
?Strategic marketing planning execution
?Lead generation and database management experience required
?Ability to partner and influence (non-direct reports)
?Strong oral and written communication skills
