Job Description
AirTight Networks is experiencing rapid growth and looking for a lead generation manager to expand its marketing team. The successful candidate will develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive new leads for our products as well as programs to nurture existing prospects and retain our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage demand generation projects, including: marketing lists, Salesforce database, email marketing, lead scoring and nurturing, advertising, offers, etc.
Develop, test and refine strategies for generating and nurturing leads at all stages of the sales funnel, and to increase lead conversion to sales;
Work closely with other members of the marketing team and with the inside sales team to help execute marketing campaigns end-to-end;
Be accountable for meeting defined and measured objectives related to valid qualified leads and sales opportunities, and for providing a "closed-loop" marketing process;
Required Qualifications
This position requires a creative, energetic and proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum five years of experience with B2B organizations in demand generation, with proven ability to consistently deliver strong, measurable results
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, e.g., HubSpot, Marketo
Experience in running a portfolio of quality lead generation and marketing programs including email and database marketing, online lead generation, search marketing, sponsorships, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
Self motivated and ability to work independently managing multiple projects
