Working within the Sales organization, we are looking for an energetic, analytical Lead Generation Manager to own lead generation activities and develop and qualify leads. Our goal is to significantly increase pipeline volume, velocity, and conversion rates to achieve our revenue objectives.
Manage a team of 4-6 lead generation reps;
Own integrated marketing campaigns to raise awareness and generate demand;
Generate, nurture, qualify and track both prospect and customer leads through strategic campaigns;
Create new campaigns and optimize existing campaigns based on campaign results and effectiveness;
Manage all campaign activities in SalesForce and report results;
Monitor level of awareness by measuring the number of impressions made through channels such as the corporate website and social media;
Optimize campaigns to generate quality leads by measuring the conversion rate of sales-ready leads into sales opportunities;
Collaborate with sales managers to ensure lead generation initiatives meet sales team needs;
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly quota;
Represent Sales and work with Marketing to develop Marketo or Eloqua infrastructure.
Minimum of one year leadership experience in a lead generation or inside sales position;
Bachelor?s degree required;
Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM;
Creative, resourceful, able to adapt to change quickly, with an understanding of sales methodology;
Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long term, mutually beneficial client relationships;
Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and to collaborate with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions;
Strong organization, planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for both self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines;
Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results;
Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment;
Ability to identify key contacts for follow up; excellent ability to communicate project and status updates to team and cross-functionally to ensure understanding;
Good strategic and problem solving skills to effectively influence decision making in key negotiations;
Excellent verbal and written skills ? one to lead by example.
