Job Title: Lead Generation Marketing Manager
Reports to: VP Marketing
The Lead Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales opportunities, by analyzing the needs and requirements of potential new customers. By using tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, Facebook and Salesforce, as well as strong telephone sales skills to cold call and follow-up on leads, the Lead Generation Manager assists in selling Vantrix solutions.
? Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop an inbound marketing funnel, together with a high outbound call volume, to prospect new customers, build business with existing clients, and reactivate dormant accounts.
? Prepare views, reports and dashboards to document sales/marketing activities and results, using Hubspot and Salesforce analytics, and related tools; interact regularly with sales team to achieve sales and marketing alignment.
? Ensure lead generation is as efficient as possible, by building lead nurture programs and reporting that demonstrates impact.
? Manage strategic prospects: help drive with blog, social and content marketing projects, and prospect new sales leads.
? Connect with businesses and identify solutions that match their needs.
? Provide research and contact information on prospects and existing customers.
? Follow up on sales and marketing leads generated via advertising campaigns, social and online community presence, content marketing efforts and industry events.
? Assist with new product launches, product research and development, and attend community and industry events as needed to represent Vantrix solutions.
? Attend company sales meetings to learn product knowledge and develop selling techniques, and proactively stay ahead of next generation B2B demand generation practices

? A self-starter with exemplary skills in inbound marketing lead generation, cold-calling, email prospecting, networking, business development, relationship management and communication.
? Must be a team player who is customer oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to quickly and confidently connect with internal and external stakeholders.
? A good business sense - is able to analyze a client?s business, understand the financial metrics, and demonstrate to clients the cost/benefit of the service offering.
? Proven track record of highly effective inbound marketing and sales techniques through the phone and email resulting in consistently exceeding sales objectives.
? Possess analytical skills coupled with an intuitive sense for negotiation, and the ability to promote value and contribute significantly to the organization?s marketing and sales strategy.
? Bachelor?s degree in a relevant academic discipline, such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent) required.
? Minimum two years experience in customer prospecting, lead generation and qualification, and management of an existing client base.
? Experience communicating and selling technical products and or a service in the video, broadcast, mobile or streaming media industries.
? Strong computer skills, proficient with a sophisticated CRM and inbound marketing system, such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
? Experience managing social media accounts like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ etc.
