Primary Duties:
Day-to-day management of 10-15 Lead Gen Reps against performance based goals.
Conduct weekly 1:1s with team members aimed at managing to performance outcomes.
Responsible for on-going coaching of staff and delivering informal performance feedback
Conduct daily joint calling and skill development with direct reports
Set daily and weekly demo goals, making mid course adjustments to ensure team goal achievement.
Partners with manager to deliver formal performance feedback to direct reports
Serve as a resource for scripting and objection handling related to the sales process
Provide inside sales skill training for new staff
Partner with Sr. Director to develop resources for Reps to use during the sales process (e.g. campaigns, emails, faxes, merchandisers, etc.)
Follow organizational processes for recording and analyzing prospect information and interactions.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience.
Management Skills: Demonstrated poise and grace under pressure; Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; Superior judgment; Demonstrated leadership ability; Ability to work independently and with a team; Ability to manage, coach, and motivate staff
Customer Service Oriented: Excellent relationship-building skills.
