We are looking for an accomplished B2B Lead Generation Specialist in our Iselin, NJ office. The successful candidate will be a proven self-starter and work within the Sales department, supporting the major account managers through lead generation campaigns as well as a number of tasks related to sales and marketing operations. ecVision offers a challenging, high-performance work environment that promotes an opportunity to learn and succeed. Accomplish aggressive lead generation goals within the install base and potential new customers ? 80-90% will be new business
Build database and work with the marketing support team to target potential customers
Develop and implement lead gen campaigns, execute these and report the results to senior management. This will be accomplished by conducting research in the apparel and footwear industry with the anticipation of getting a keen sense of the trends and needs in the vertical
Work with the marketing team to coordinate marketing support and deliverables that coincide with the lead gen campaigns
Advise and implement ongoing improvements in order to achieve strategic goals
Evaluates and summarizes weekly activities for management, identifying successful activities, problems or issues and any follow-up action required
Other duties as directed
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
3-5 years successful experience building and executing call/email campaigns with strong results in the B2B space; enterprise software market experience required; retail industry experience preferred but not a firm requirement for fast learners
2-3 years related experience working with CRM tools: Salesforce experience strongly preferred
Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high performance environment
Excellent written and communication skills needed
