POSITION: Lead Generation Specialist
LOCATION: Seattle, WA
The Lead Generation Specialist will drive phone and web based lead generation and qualification. This position includes significant outbound phone calling, fielding inbound calls, qualifying leads, and the ability to clearly convey the benefits of our offering.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Become highly educated on our ever evolving RIA platform, Advisor Xi, and be able to clearly communicate the benefits of our offering.
?Answer inbound sales calls, qualify the prospect, enter them into the CRM and assign a task to the appropriate sales executive for follow up
?Manage the sales email inbox and leads generated from our website by responding and qualifying the prospect in a timely manner
?Support various marketing campaigns with outbound calling to generate interest
?Follow-up with prospects that attend EnvestnetTamarac sales and client events
?Continuously update prospect and client information in our CRM
?Support the Account Management team with upselling activities
?Manage all marketing and sales materials for the regional sales team
?Schedule demos and webinars for prospects
?Support various marketing activities as needed
?Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM and our integrated marketing automation tool, Pardot, in daily operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
?Ability to pick up new technology quickly
?Strong verbal and written communication skills
?Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills
?Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
?Must work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
?Must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and absolutely confidential with all matters
?College Degree or equivalent work experience required
?Proficient in Microsoft Office
?CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM) experience a must
?Ability to research and nurture potential opportunities
?Self-motivated with a positive attitude
