LEAD GENERATOR- NACR Invenio Marketing

To be successful in this role, you must be professional, well spoken, highly inquisitive and have the ability to rapidly master technical concepts in a business setting. Must be comfortable dealing with decisionmakers (Director, VP, C-Level) through creative and direct marketing campaigns. Be self-motivated and enjoy talking on the phone and communicating through email.
? Extensive cold calling to prospects using the phone aggressively, gathering sales intelligence, and passing qualified leads to sales representatives (90-95% of your day will be spent talking on the phone)
? Schedule appointments (phone or in-person) between prospects and assigned sales representatives to introduce our services and educate the prospect on the value of our products.
? Conduct market research to identify key contacts and decision makers at targeted companies.
? 1-2+ years outbound B2B telephone marketing or inside sales experience.
? Maturity to be able to interact with all levels and ability to collaborate with sales representatives and teams
? Self-motivated and comfortable with minimal supervision.
? Professional upbeat telephone voice with the tenacity to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers.
? Understanding of the sales process and goal oriented.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Able to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
? Ability to deal with ambiguity.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, and use of the Internet.
? Experience with sales force automation applications.
? College degree OR an equivalent combination of education, telephone sales, and marketing experience.
? Working knowledge of Telephony and Customer Contact Center services is strongly preferred, but not required.
