Common information:EPAM Systems is looking for a Lead Implementation Analyst for its Houston office to work on a project in EPAM ISV & Technologies Business Unit.

Responsibilities:
Participate in analysis, design, development, integration and monitoring of computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems
Provide analysis of technical requirements to the customer
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
Elaborate software development workflow and other prerequisite documents
Review manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to develop programs that meet staff and user requirements
Partner with senior PM/Business Systems Analysts on more complex projects
Utilize software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work by using various technologies including: C#/MVC3/ASP.NET, SQL, SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM
