Mindspark Mobile is looking for a mobile development rock-star who is passionate, purposeful and poised to put their innovative thinking into action from day one. We?re a fast-paced, creative team that is focused on developing the best, most consumable applications for iOS and Android. And, if we may say, we?re pretty dangerous with our NERF guns.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
Drive initiatives, mentor team members, ensure successful project executions and help grow the team in a sustainable fashion.
Lead the design and architecture for mobile products and services; work directly with VP to define ?product direction and go-to-market strategy
Manage team of engineers to build leading mobile application platform while continuing to stay hands-on in product development and delivery
Develop product and brand awareness in the community through blogging, speaking at meetups, ?sponsoring and participating in hackathons
Develop an understanding of our products working from requirements, architecting the system, implementing native components, integrating RESTful services, tracking user interaction and shipping production ready code?and we want you to have fun while doing it.
Required:
BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree with 3+ years developing/leading mobile application development
8+ years overall experience developing software.
You know the ins and outs of developing, maintaining high-quality mobile applications.
You can write well-abstracted, reusable and efficient code and correctly employ object-oriented design patterns.
Programming in Java, HTML, JavaScript and CSS is second nature to you and you have more than good acquaintances with the iOS and Android SDKs.
Your ideal workday starts with a Daily SCRUM, and perhaps with a fresh cup of Joe.

You may have chosen one platform as your personal primary, but you can find your way to delivering on both Android and iOS. You may even have cracked the code on cross-platform programming.
