Lead .NET Developer CareAnyware

Were looking to add an ASP.NET lead developer to our existing team of .NET developers who will be involved in building pieces of our product from scratch, adding enhancements to the existing product, resolving issues in the current product and in skunkworks projects to explore future directions. Majority of development will be in C on ASP.NET 4.0 using the ADO.NET Entity Framework and LINQ.

This position involves managing a team of 25 developers.

This position will report to the VP of Engineering.
Required Experience

- Minimum 5 years software engineering experience
- Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in leading a team of 2 or more developers

Required Skills

- ASP.NET 2.0, C, SQL Server 2005
- Able to own and manage projects from beginning to end
- Able to manage a team of 25 developers
- Unit testing
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Able to architect components of a system from scratch

Bonus Skills (not required but nice to have)

- Web-based software development using iterative development approaches (e.g. Agile Development)
- .NET 3.5
- ADO.NET Entity Framework or NHibernate
- LINQ
- Experience with Visual Basic 6, COM and Classic ASP.
