The Retail Solutions Team Lead (Established Markets) oversees all activities related to merchant system integrations. The Lead ensures coverage of all areas of expertise necessary to support and grow the business within their area of responsibility by establishing, training and maintaining staff equipped to support the current and future merchant related workload and project deliverables.
Advises leadership and/or business executives at the highest levels about the project portfolio, status and resource planning for delivering strategic business initiatives
Act as liaison and provide leadership for team and area of responsibility. Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development. Ability to see, account for, and coach others in "big picture" as well as details, and tie initiatives to Corporate goals
Ensure coverage of all areas of expertise necessary to support and grow the business within the Lead's area of responsibility. Create and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables
Ensures functionality is integrated with other applications
Develop Project Management support policies, standards and procedures.
A 4 year degree or equivalent business experience (7+ years or Project Management experience/training and 7+ years of Management experience/training)
Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
Ability to make effective decisions under presure
Ability to think analytically; an effective problem solver
Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
Experience supporting internal and external customers
Experience creating Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials
Expert understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycles within InComm
Ability to effectively manage time, priortize work multi-task across many assignments and delegate
Ability to asses the impact of new project requirements on an existing team workload.
