The Lead Qualification Manager (LQM) will be responsible for the efficient and effective qualification of leads in support of all company business units. The LQM, through hands-on efforts and management of a third-party telemarketing team, will continuously optimize the qualification process in the pursuit of aggressive pipeline contribution goals. The Lead Qualification Manager also plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the latest company messages are permeated throughout inbound and outbound calling efforts. This role carries the responsibility of working with multiple departments and business units, and will be the primary point of exchange between Marketing and Sales.

- Own the entire process of lead qualification and lead transition in support of all company business units
- Coordinate with Marketing and Business Unit resources to ensure the use of the latest prospect/client facing messaging
- Continuously improve upon the lead qualification criteria that establishes sales-readiness in an effort to optimize qualification and conversion ratios
- Use all available means, including cold calls, to perform effective research in the initial development and ongoing maintenance of prospect and client lists
- Manage 3rd party Telemarketing team, including establishing performance metrics, budgeting, reporting, training, call scripting, and weekly reviews
- Work with Sales representatives and Marketing Programs managers to execute telemarketing campaigns focused on identified target lists
- Maintain and improve upon contact lists in Salesforce.com
- Use Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com to track the results of efforts and utilize lessons-learned for future improvements
- Consistently meet qualified lead and call volume objectives
- Additional duties as assigned
