Lead Qualification Representative Scribe Software Corporation

Salary: Base, plus variable compensation, commensurate with experience
Position Description:
The successful candidate will qualify leads and schedule demos or phone meetings to assist in the increase of pipeline opportunities. The representative will be telephone based. This entry level opportunity will provide a career path to Sales or Marketing.
As part of the Lead Qualification team the person in this role will:
Process incoming inquiries to Scribe and convert qualified inquiries into a "Lead" status
Identify and qualify opportunities for Scribe solutions
Follow up on leads to gain information on contacts, companies, projects and opportunities
Communicate with senior level executives through to front line member of organization
Maintain a relationship with prospects that are interested in a Scribe solution but can?t meet the current qualification criteria
Schedule demos for qualified leads for the Sales team
This position reports to the Sales Manager. The position will require the person to work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
Consistently achieving demo, scheduled phone meetings, and qualified lead quota
Develop qualified leads, manage a lead pipeline
Manage all facets of the lead qualification process to help generate new opportunities
Follow up on all inbound leads in a timely fashion (within 24 hours)
Use SFDC to manage all leads, update daily
Work closely with Sales, discussing qualified leads
Team with Marketing to build and execute programs and follow up on all lead generation events
Strong presentation and communication skills
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree with an emphasis in business, marketing or communications preferred
Previous experience with lead qualification
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer?s needs
Must understand how to deliver a compelling message to a business executive and leverage interest they create into a opportunity
Selling technology as an enabler and differentiator to within their current business
Strong organizational skills, discipline, attention to detail, high energy and a "can do" attitude, balance multiple tasks
Ability to understand technology and communicate its business value to prospects
Highly motivated, competitive, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
Experience with SilverPop a plus
