Lead Sales Associate SmartPak

We are seeking talented individuals with retail experience to help in our Natick store. A strong commitment to the highest level of customer service is required. Our ideal candidate can communicate ideas quickly and clearly and loves to sell. This person must lead by example, be self-motivated and able to function as a dynamic member of an intelligent and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

Expert knowledge of our product line and systems
Actively selling product and services to customers
Coach other associates in selling and operational skills
Open and close the store, make daily bank deposit
Assist with merchandizing and stocking product on sales floor
Greet customers and answer phones
Light cleaning and recovery of sales floor and back rooms
Attending trade shows involving weekend travel
Assist sales team with customer calls

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-4 years retail experience
Management experience a plus
Experienced equestrians preferred
Must be available nights and weekends
Detail oriented and organized
Positive and enthusiastic
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
