You're a experienced Java developer with a fundamental understanding of servers beyond standard frameworks. You have demonstrated mastery of networking, high concurrency, request handling, data access and asynchronous operations. The Lead Server Developer must be able to manage development and assign tasks to Server Game Developers as needed.What You Need
- A fundamental grasp of Java Server programming.
- Demonstrated experience working on all aspects of a server system (networking, controller and model logic, etc).
- Building a service from concept to running product.
- Proficiency developing in multi-threaded and distributed systems.
- Experience with other languages (Scala, Python, Ruby, PHP, etc) a plus.
- A desire to have an impact as part of a small growing company with a passion for gaming.
