The full time Lead Specialist role is a non-exempt/ hourly paid role and will work to support the Marketing, Branding and Sales efforts of Greenway Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:? qualifying all inbound and outbound leads
? processing all leads in our customer relationship management system
? cold calling doctor offices and hospitals
? handling call-in inquiries
? tracking leads captured
? notifying Regional Sales Managers of current leads
? running reports with current lead data
? work to ensure the team?s monthly lead quota is obtained
Education, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Management or other business related field is strongly preferred
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
? Effective organizational skills are a must
? High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is a necessity.
