That said, we're looking for a Technical Recuiter to help us find the best and brightest to grow our engineering team.
In this role, you'll focus on finding great candidates from both passive channels and job boards as well as those coming through the 'front door' (direct applies). But more than that, you will get an opportunity to use your deep sourcing skills to identify and attract the best software enginners out there. You will find yourself acting as PulsePoint's brand ambassador, finding incredible engineers in the most surprising places, telling our story as you walking top level candidates through our core values and goals. It's a fast-paced role, on a fun and cohesive team, requiring juggling, exceptional communication and daily prioritizing.
Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate Internet research and hunting skills. The best candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional hunters, organized, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
What you'll do:
Manage the full recruiting cycle process (through onboarding) for each department to ensure a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience, providing an efficient, high-touch experience for every candidate from application to offer.
Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for top engineering talent, and meet monthly hiring metrics and goals
Creatively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and research
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define hiring needs, and facilitate interview and hiring discussions with their team
Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process
Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular schedule
Act as an internally and externally-facing brand ambassador of Pulsepoint in both the online social space and in live events.
Innovate on ways to build and maintain an ongoing talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of mediums and venues. In short, get creative and don't rely on what the posting has brough in!
What you've got:
3-5 years relevant work experience
Broad understanding of web technologies, programming languages, design tools and software development processes
Demonstrated track record of success as a creative, proactive technical recruiter
Muli-tasker with a nose for details and a nack for keeping others informed.
Energized by meeting new people
Self-starter capable of finding great talent wherever they may be hiding
Comfortable working across all levels of an organization
