Gilt?s cutting edge Data Engineering team is seeking an experienced, Lead Web Analyst who is passionate about technology and driven to understand site interaction. Who:
5+ Years experience with web analytic implementations
Skilled in managing a cross functional project from initiation to completion
Proficient with the suite of Google Analytics tools
Clear and precise communication skills
A level of curiosity capable of killing cats
Experience managing and guiding implementation of full site wide tagging projects.
Understanding of scripting languages and concepts used in website construction including HTML, Javascript, AJAX, and CSS
What:
Owner of Google Analytics tagging architecture and implementation
Primary point of contact with the current web analytic vendor Google
Gilt subject matter expert on all things Google Analytics, explaining and instructing people throughout the entire, global organization
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop sound testing approaches to evaluate alternative presentations of customer merchandise offers, paths and promotions that optimize the agreed to KPIs?
Work with Marketing and Product to develop the next level of Google and site tagging across Gilt Groupe sites
Work with front-end technology teams to develop tagging implementations
Collaborate with employees to develop a standard set of dashboards with actionable KPIs
