People Operations is focused on collaborating to discover and design solutions that scale. As part of the People department, the People Development Team?s focus is helping all Infusionites fulfill their personal hedgehogs through Train, Progress and Dream. We enable this by setting the vision in our on-ramping experience, partnering with leaders in co-creating plans that align, and encouraging Infusionites to actively dream to become the best versions of themselves. The People Development team (which is currently made up of the New Hire Nurturer, the Dream Manager and the People Dev Manager) has the opportunity to work across the organization with all Infusionites. The Leadership Development Partner will round out this team and coach leaders across the organization. This role is imperative as we expand our leadership development program and build a leadership bench that surpasses our growth.

3-5 years management experience
Impeccable record of proven results
Ideally, What You Possess...
A graduate degree
HR experience (learning and development, etc.)
Familiarity with Franklin Covey
Executive Coaching experience
